Arrival/Departure

Guest arrival time is usually not before 14:00. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:30 on their day of departure. Please contact us as alternative arrangements can usually be made if this is not suitable.

Accounts

Guest accounts need to be settled by the day of departure.

Deposits

We ask guests for the first night stay to be paid as deposit when a bed & breakfast booking is made. This deposit is fully refundable if a booking is cancelled at least 14 days before the day of arrival.

Single Night Stays

We reserve the right to charge guests a £5 supplement for single night stays, although we usually try to avoid doing so.

Pets

Burleigh Guest House is not suitable for pets. We do not take bookings where guests will be accompanied by a pet.

Single Sex Bookings

Burleigh Guest House does not accept large single-sex bookings.

Online Bookings

We charge a small administration fee on guest bed & breakfast bookings made using our online system.
